How many guests can the barn accommodate? Our barn is 40x80 and depending on your table arrangements the amount of seating varies. 

Does the barn have indoor bathrooms? yes.

 

Can we choose our own caterers and other vendors. yes. We have a few recommendations for vendors if you would like some ideas. Use our vendors tab to see what we recommend. 

 

How much of a deposit do I need? $500.00 is needed to Save your Date.  

 

Are deposits refundable? Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation insurance is recommended to cover illness. death, loss of the venue due to fire, storm damage, etc. 

 

Is a security deposit required? Yes. A $600 security deposit is required 30 days before your event. You agree to pay for any damages to the barn or property that occur during your rental period. Once a walk through is completed on Sunday, you will be refunded your $600 security deposit (within 3 days) if no damages are discovered. 

 

When can we start setting up and decorating? Set up time starts Friday of the rental weekend, you choose 2 hours between 3pm to 8pm to decorate. 

 

Will the caterers have a prep area? No. All food must be kept hot or cold by your caterer. Most caterers are well equipped to accommodate outdoor venues. 

 

Is the barn handicapped accessible? Yes. 

 

Is a tent included in the price? No. You are allowed to rent a tent. 

 

Are tables and chairs provided? Yes. We offer a choice of 60" rounds and 8' or 6' rectangle tables. We have benches for outdoor ceremonies. 

 

Are linens provided? Yes. Guest table linens in white or ivory are provided. Buffet table and cake table linens are not provided. 

 

Do you allow alcohol? yes, you must purchase liability insurance and have a licensed bartender to serve alcohol to your guests. We require documentation prior to the event. 

 

Do you allow pets? No. 

 

What time does the music have to end? Music must end at 11:30pm and the event must be over by midnight. 

 

Does the barn have air conditioning or heat? No. 

Do you have a map we can add to our wedding invites when we book with Snowville Farms?
